Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out fees of $50 apply.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A $100 security deposit will be held upon check in, for incidentals.

Private Parking is offered for $40. Hotel guests can use the loading zone in front of the hotel to unload/load during check-in and check-out.
Early Departure Policy
Early departures will be charged for the full amount of original reservation.
We are not able to accommodate pets.
Our concierge is open 24/7.
Occupancy and Local Tax
Transient Occupancy Tax of 16.445% is charged on the room rate only.
Guest Identification Required
Guests will be required to present a valid credit card and government issued identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.
Each room can accommodate up to two people with the exception of our Triple Room in which the maximum is 3.
A recent evaluation survey by a Certified Access Specialist (CAS) determined that it is not technically feasible to remove the front steps or provide an accessible alternative for wheelchair users. We regret that we cannot serve you.
We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest-room, deck, balcony or public areas. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card.
Our housekeeping staff will enter daily for stay-over guests (more than one night) to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans and make the bed. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door, the housekeeping staff will not enter the room. If any additional amenities are needed, please contact the front desk.
